What are the very early symptoms of colon cancer? - colon cancer

My mother died when I was 31 and diagnosed too late. I am aware of 20 published and recently, with the possibility of irritable bowel syndrome. I have heard of colon cancer is genetic, should get tested for cancer?

Even for people who are cancer-What are the first symptoms you have been to have had?
I do not like a hypochondriac, it just does not want to learn, too late, since my mother sound.

The problem with colon cancer has no symptoms in its early stages. Only when he starts to show progress. The symptoms are:

- Spots of blood in the stool, especially if the blood is black or plum. This is mentioned the most common symptom and should never be ignored.
- A change in your regular bowel habits such as constipation or diarrhea, severe or that lasts two weeks or more.
- Abdominal pain or discomfort that lasts two weeks or longer.
- Notice unexplained weight loss.

In cancer at a young age is probably genetic. I go to the doctor of genetics, since I was diagnosed at 20. If a close relative had colon cancer at an early age, you must make sure that your doctor rules, rather than the diagnosis without any evidence of cancer. I was told that probably IBS, but luckily, I wanted to perform with others in order to be on the safe side. Although some people at a young age, without a genetic factor.

It may be genetic, but you should ask such questions directly to the doctor and does not accept replies from those who are not qualified to answer.
