Wishing Well Wording For 21st Questionable Ethics Seen In Father?

Questionable ethics seen in father? - wishing well wording for 21st

My grandfather died a few years ago and my brothers and I were mentioned in the will because it will give gains to $ 5,000 each. His whole fortune into my hands and my parents to be responsible. Immediately after my grandfather died my father told me he had a constraint on the willingness to say they would not receive the money before they have to go to college or if you do not go to school before our 21st Anniversary. At that time, our heritage, spoke on the stock market, I am very much against it. Since then I requested a copy of the will and there was no question of age limits and no restrictions at all is. I called my father, and despite my protests that putting all of our heritage in Central and lost 1,500 of each account. Says that there an age limit and do not know that I have a copy of the will. He says the money in this account until all of our eighteenth birthday, and it will be a penalty if you withdraw early. I took all the money in their hands, as I have time, soand how it promises to replace the 4,500 lost I can not trust fund to protect his word and his will to my brothers and younger sisters to college. Is there any way this could be achieved? is not really a punishment? Would it be possible, because there are no restrictions and said it was easy with the intent to distribute, and not in their own hands have?

You can consult a lawyer, but I think that everything belongs to attract what you do, or in law to inherit his father until he attained majority. Would probably have been better if the money had been in a trust. More likely it would be in one form or another have been. At this point, I think his father would be able to make money in Las Vegas, and it is one thing you can do. At least he put in an investment, and has made some efforts.
